Industrial Architect



As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning industrial structures, such as factories, warehouses, and manufacturing plants. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient designs that meet all safety and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess the feasibility of proposed projects
- Prepare detailed drawings and plans using CAD software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations
- Evaluate materials, construction methods, and cost estimates for each project
- Oversee construction progress to ensure design plans are followed accurately
- Address any issues or concerns that arise during the construction process
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in industrial architecture or a similar role
- Proficient in AutoCAD or other design software
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations for industrial structures
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1500 per month. Accommodation can be provided if preferred. Additionally, we offer free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for international candidates.

Location:
This position is located in the United States. While we prefer candidates who are already located here, we are open to considering international applicants who require visa sponsorship.
