Senior Architect
A leading architecture firm in the US is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our team on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, managing a team of architects and engineers, and ensuring that all designs meet client requirements and adhere to industry standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept development to construction completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, needs, and budget
- Develop project proposals, including timelines, budgets, and resources required
- Oversee the work of a team of architects and engineers to ensure high-quality design solutions
- Conduct site visits and meetings with contractors to monitor progress and resolve any issues
- Review project plans and specifications for accuracy and compliance with building codes
- Stay updated on industry trends, advancements in technology, and new materials/products
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial or residential projects
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant software programs
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations in the US
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and contractors
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics
This is a part-time position offering a competitive salary of $1100 per month. The working hours will be flexible based on project needs. This position does not include accommodation but offers free visa sponsorship and flight tickets for non-US applicants.
