CNC Operator


We are currently hiring a CNC Operator to join our growing team in Split, Croatia. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce high-quality precision parts and components. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and grinding
- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Set up and adjust machine settings to ensure proper performance
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality
- Troubleshoot issues with the machines and perform basic maintenance tasks
- Follow safety protocols at all times
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in CNC machining preferred
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role
- Knowledge of G-code programming language
- Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision tools
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
