IT Manager

As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's information technology operations. This includes managing a team of IT professionals, setting and implementing technology strategies, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our systems. You will also be responsible for identifying and implementing new technologies to improve our processes and overall performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of IT professionals, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement technology strategies in line with the company's goals
- Oversee the maintenance and security of all hardware, software, networks, and systems
- Identify areas for improvement in current technology processes and implement solutions to increase efficiency
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to keep our company at the forefront
- Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support as needed
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to IT operations
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in information technology management
- Experience managing a team
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware, software, databases, security protocols
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Experience working with budgets

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (accommodation provided if needed)
