Sales Manager for Indian Market
Our company, a leading software company located in Herzliya, is seeking a Sales Manager to oversee our sales efforts in the Indian market. This position is ideal for someone who has experience in sales and is looking to take their career to the next level. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing a team of sales representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet company targets in the Indian market
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote our products and services
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure we are meeting our clients' needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with clients
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team
- Highly motivated and results-driven individual who can work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within India as needed
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ for this position.
Location:
This position is based in Herzliya but will require occasional travel within India.
