Gardener Supervisor


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Gardener Supervisor to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As the Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of gardeners and ensuring that all gardening tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of gardeners, including assigning tasks, providing training and guidance, and conducting performance evaluations
- Plan and schedule gardening tasks based on seasonal needs and project requirements
- Maintain and care for gardens, including planting, pruning, watering, fertilizing, and pest control
- Oversee the maintenance of gardening equipment and tools
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed at all times
- Communicate with clients to understand their specific gardening needs and preferences
- Estimate costs for gardening projects and maintain budgetary control

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a gardener or in a similar role
- Proven experience in managing a team or leading projects
- Strong knowledge of plants, flowers, trees, and other vegetation commonly found in Oslo's climate
- Ability to create detailed gardening plans based on client needs
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and team members
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma or certification in Horticulture or a related field
- Experience working with different types of gardens such as residential gardens, public parks, or commercial properties
- Familiarity with sustainable gardening practices
- Knowledge of local regulations related to gardening

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.

This position is located in Oslo, Norway.
