Barista (English-speaking)

We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team at our coffee shop in Ajman. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, preparing and serving a variety of coffee and tea beverages, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Nationality preference: Pakistani or Egyptian
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Must have own visa
- Passion for coffee and customer service
- Friendly demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle cash transactions accurately
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee, tea, and other specialty beverages according to our recipes and standards
- Keep the coffee shop clean, organized, and stocked with supplies at all times
- Handle cash transactions accurately while following proper cash handling procedures
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, allergens, and special offers
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers in a professional manner
and handling any complaints or concerns promptly
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the safety of both customers and staff members
