Executive Chef - Egyptian Cuisine

We are seeking a talented and experienced Executive Chef to lead our Egyptian cuisine kitchen team in Doha. This individual must have a passion for creating authentic and high-quality dishes, as well as strong leadership skills to manage the kitchen staff and operations.

Responsibilities:
- Develop menus and recipes for Egyptian cuisine that showcase traditional flavors and techniques while also incorporating modern twists
- Source and select fresh, high-quality ingredients for daily preparation of dishes
- Ensure all food preparation is carried out in accordance with food safety standards and regulations
- Train, supervise, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity, efficiency, and teamwork
- Collaborate with management to monitor inventory levels and control food costs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a Chef, with at least 3 years specializing in Egyptian cuisine
- Extensive knowledge of Egyptian culinary traditions, ingredients, and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively communicate and delegate tasks
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other team members
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must be able to legally work in Qatar

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
