Job Title: Restaurant Manager (Muharraq)


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Restaurant Manager to oversee our restaurant operations in Muharraq. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff supervision, budgeting, inventory management, customer service, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Your main duties and responsibilities will include:

- Recruiting, training, and supervising restaurant staff to ensure a high level of performance
- Creating work schedules and managing payroll for all employees
- Overseeing inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Ensuring that all food safety and sanitation standards are met at all times
- Resolving any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborating with the kitchen team to create new menu items and specials based on customer feedback
- Conducting regular staff meetings to communicate goals, policies, and procedures
- Managing the budget for the restaurant, including monitoring expenses and making adjustments as needed
- Maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for guests at all times

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred. You should also have excellent communication skills, strong leadership abilities, and the ability to multitask effectively.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and has a strong understanding of the food industry. As this position requires working closely with a diverse team of employees, we prefer candidates who are fluent in English with knowledge of Arabic being an added advantage.
