Office Assistant in Vilnius, Lithuania
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Vilnius, Lithuania. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the office staff
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Keep track of expenses and prepare expense reports
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation
- Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and data entry
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Office Assistant or similar role preferred
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
Salary: 1200$ per month (contract job)
