Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction projects in Ajman. Your main duties will include planning, organizing, and coordinating the construction process from start to finish. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and be able to effectively communicate with a diverse team of professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure design plans meet project specifications
- Obtain necessary permits and licenses for construction activities
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being completed according to plan
- Review project costs and make necessary adjustments to stay within budget
- Communicate effectively with all project stakeholders including clients, contractors, suppliers, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction management
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a diverse team of professionals
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Salary: $1600/month (negotiable based on experience)
