Our flower shop in Izhevsk is seeking an experienced and talented Florist from India to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful flower arrangements, bouquets, and decorations for our customers. This is a full-time position with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and creating unique and visually appealing flower arrangements using a variety of flowers, plants, and other materials
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting customers with their floral needs and offering suggestions and recommendations
- Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the flower shop
- Ordering and receiving flowers and materials from suppliers
- Keeping track of inventory and ensuring that all orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- Taking part in marketing initiatives to promote the business

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a florist, preferably in a retail setting
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Creative flair with strong knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and floral design techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Izhevsk, Russia

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
