Floral Designer


We are seeking a creative and skilled Floral Designer to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As a Floral Designer, you will be responsible for creating beautiful and unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions. You will use your knowledge of different types of flowers, colors, and design techniques to bring our clients' visions to life. The ideal candidate will have experience in floristry and a passion for creating stunning floral designs.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their floral needs and preferences
- Utilize knowledge of different types of flowers and their characteristics to create unique arrangements
- Design arrangements for weddings, parties, funerals, and other events
- Work within budget constraints and ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Create visually appealing displays in our shop
- Provide exceptional customer service by offering suggestions and guidance to clients
- Stay updated on current trends in the floral industry

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Floral Designer or similar role
- Knowledge of various types of flowers, colors, and design techniques
- Excellent artistic abilities with an eye for detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and co-workers
- Time management skills to meet deadlines while working on multiple projects simultaneously
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work with delicate materials
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Izhevsk, Russia (open to Nepali or foreign applicants)

Additional Information:
This is a full-time position with the possibility of working part-time during slower seasons. No English language proficiency is required for this role.
