Retail Merchandiser

We are seeking a skilled Retail Merchandiser to join our team in Jerusalem. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products are attractively displayed and stocked in retail stores. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for visual merchandising and a passion for retail.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to increase sales and improve customer experience
- Conduct regular store visits to assess product placement, inventory levels, and visual displays
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure optimal product positioning and stock levels
- Create attractive displays that showcase our products and drive customer interest
- Monitor sales trends and adjust merchandising plans accordingly
- Train store staff on proper merchandising techniques and product knowledge
- Communicate with suppliers to coordinate deliveries and replenishment of stock

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Retail Merchandiser or in a similar role
- Strong understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of inventory management systems

Salary: 1200$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Jerusalem, Israel (Preference given to Indian candidates)

Employment Type: Contract (3 months with possibility of extension)

Work Schedule: Full-time, flexible hours
