A well-established media company is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Moderator to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As a Moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our online community forums. You will be responsible for monitoring user-generated content, enforcing forum rules and guidelines, and resolving conflicts or issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor online community forums for inappropriate content or behavior
- Enforce forum rules and guidelines to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users
- Respond to user inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
- Collaborate with other moderators to identify patterns of user behavior and implement strategies to improve the overall forum experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community moderation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience moderating online communities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Norwegian proficiency is a plus)
- Strong understanding of online culture and social media platforms
- Ability to remain impartial and handle sensitive issues with tact and professionalism

We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month, as well as opportunities for growth within the company. This position does not include accommodation.
