Sales Manager



We are searching for an experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and overseeing the sales team. This is a contract role with a salary of 1500$.

Requirements:

- Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience in sales management
- Experience in the Indian market is preferred
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team
- Must be able to work without accommodation
- Must be able to start immediately as this is an urgent position

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet individual and overall goals
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to upper management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of business processes
