Hotel Sales Manager


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Mauren. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue and increase occupancy at our hotel. You will work closely with the marketing and revenue management teams to achieve business goals, while also managing relationships with key corporate clients and travel agencies.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns
- Manage the negotiation process with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other partners
- Monitor competitors' sales activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Provide regular sales reports to upper management
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, preferably in a managerial role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and make strategic decisions
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of hotel revenue management systems is a plus
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of other languages is an advantage

Salary:
$900 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location:
Mauren (must be eligible to work in Mauren without sponsorship)
