Chef de Cuisine
As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire kitchen operations of our restaurant in Beer-Sheva. Your main duties will include creating and updating menu items, managing inventory and ordering supplies, training and supervising kitchen staff, and ensuring food quality and safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience as a chef in a high-volume restaurant setting. A culinary degree or certificate is preferred. You must have strong leadership skills and the ability to work well under pressure. Excellent communication skills are also required to effectively communicate with staff and management.
