Handyman

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in the US. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks on our properties. Your primary duties will include fixing plumbing and electrical issues, repairing appliances, painting, and carpentry work. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, possess basic knowledge of different trades, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month and accommodation provided. A biometric passport is required for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, replacing light bulbs, and fixing minor electrical or plumbing issues
- Repair or replace broken appliances
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential maintenance needs
- Respond promptly to requests for repairs from tenants or property managers
- Perform carpentry work including building shelves, cabinets, or furniture
- Maintain an organized inventory of tools and equipment

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Handyman or in a similar maintenance role
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other trades
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to interact with tenants and property managers
