Concierge for Luxury Hotel in Kaunas, Lithuania


We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Concierge to join our luxury hotel in the beautiful city of Kaunas. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their stay is memorable and stress-free. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, theaters, or other venues
- Arrange transportation services for guests including airport transfers and car rentals
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and policies to effectively assist guests
- Coordinate special requests such as floral arrangements, gifts, or room decorations
- Keep the concierge desk area clean and organized at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge in a luxury hotel or similar establishment
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Knowledge of local area attractions, restaurants, and events
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
