Architectural Designer


As an Architectural Designer, you will use your creative and technical skills to design and plan building structures for a variety of projects. You will work closely with clients, engineers, and other professionals to develop detailed plans that meet all necessary requirements. Your role will involve utilizing software programs to create 2D and 3D designs, producing accurate blueprints and drawings, and ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and project requirements
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess feasibility of designs
- Develop detailed plans using CAD software, incorporating structural, electrical, and mechanical elements
- Create 3D models to visualize designs and make necessary modifications based on client feedback
- Prepare accurate blueprints, drawings, and specifications for construction purposes
- Ensure designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, etc.
- Communicate effectively with team members including engineers, contractors, and project managers
- Stay updated on industry trends, new technology advancements, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1200/month

City: Shan (Preference for Indian candidates)

Suitable for: Men (Preference for Indian candidates)
