Concrete Worker Supervisor

Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker Supervisor to join our team in the city of Acre. This position is open to all nationalities, with a preference for Filipino candidates. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in concrete work and must be able to communicate effectively in English.

As a Concrete Worker Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the work of a team of concrete workers. You will be expected to have a strong understanding of construction plans and specifications, as well as the ability to read and interpret blueprints. Your main role will be to ensure that all concrete work is completed accurately, efficiently, and according to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of a team of concrete workers
- Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and blueprints
- Ensure all concrete work is completed accurately and according to safety standards
- Oversee the mixing, pouring, and finishing of concrete
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Train new workers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Maintain high levels of productivity on job sites
- Communicate with project managers, contractors, and other team members

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete work
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills considered an asset)
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Strong understanding of construction plans and specifications
- Knowledge of safety procedures related to concrete work
- Ability to supervise a team effectively
- Physical strength and stamina required for lifting heavy materials and standing for long periods of time.
