Concrete Worker - Acre, Israel
We are hiring a skilled Concrete Worker to join our team in Acre, Israel. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for mixing, pouring, and smoothing out concrete on construction sites. Your duties will include preparing surfaces for concrete placement, setting up forms and scaffolding, and operating various tools and equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in concrete work and be physically fit to perform manual labor tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for concrete placement by cleaning and leveling the area
- Set up forms and scaffolding according to blueprints or instructions
- Mix concrete ingredients using various tools and equipment
- Pour concrete into designated areas using wheelbarrows or pumps
- Smooth out concrete using hand or power tools such as trowels and floats
- Monitor temperature, humidity, and other environmental factors that may affect curing time of concrete
- Clean up work area after each shift to ensure safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety regulations and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, or technical drawings is a plus
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in concrete work such as mixers, pumps, trowels, etc.
- Good communication skills in order to understand instructions from supervisors
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid work permit/visa sponsorship (for non-Israeli citizens)
Salary: 1600$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
