Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys and creating accurate maps and reports for various construction and development projects. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS and total stations
- Create detailed maps and reports based on survey data
- Analyze survey measurements and identify any discrepancies or errors
- Communicate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure accurate survey results
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards
- Keep accurate records of survey data and maintain proper documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field (preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience in land surveying (experience with construction projects is a plus)
- Proficiency in using GPS and total stations
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, methods, and techniques
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills
