Commercial Architect


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as experience in project management and communication with clients. This is a contract job with a salary of $900 per month, and accommodation will be provided. Biometric passport is required for this position. Indian nationality preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Design commercial buildings according to the client's needs and budget
- Prepare detailed drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Ensure that all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and provide updates throughout the project
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Commercial Architect
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
