Seasonal Truck Driver
Location: Svalbard, Norway
Salary: $1100/month (plus accommodation)

We are seeking a reliable and experienced seasonal truck driver to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As a truck driver, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods and materials to various locations within the region.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain company trucks in a safe and professional manner
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks
- Plan routes and meet delivery deadlines while adhering to traffic laws and regulations
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in proper working condition
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other drivers to coordinate deliveries
- Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel usage, and delivery times
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding safety and delivery protocols

Requirements:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a truck driver, preferably in seasonal or remote locations
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Norwegian is a plus)
- Familiarity with GPS devices and electronic logging systems is preferred
