Waiter/Waitress


We are currently hiring a friendly and professional waiter/waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Wiltz. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and providing excellent customer service to our guests. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take accurate food and drink orders
- Serve food and drinks to guests
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt, friendly, and attentive service
- Address any customer concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Collect payments from customers and process them accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of tables, chairs, and dining area
- Assist with opening/closing duties as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the service industry preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Nepali language is a plus)
- Friendly demeanor with the ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1600 per month.
