Office Administrator/Executive Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator/Executive Assistant to join our growing team in Nairobi, Kenya. As the Office Administrator/Executive Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This role requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and equipment, including ordering and organizing inventory
- Maintain the office calendar and schedule appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members
- Prepare and distribute communications, such as emails, memos, and reports
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Handle incoming calls and emails, redirecting as necessary
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred
- Proven experience as an office administrator or executive assistant
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Indian nationality preferred
Salary: $1300 per month
