We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Scheduling appointments and meetings
- Maintaining office supplies and equipment
- Managing office expenses and budgets
- Assisting with document preparation and filing
- Coordinating travel arrangements for staff members
- Providing support for various projects and events as needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work tasks
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month.
Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem, Israel. Our office is easily accessible by public transportation.
