We are seeking experienced miners to join our team in Nairobi, Kenya. As a miner, you will be responsible for extracting minerals and ores from underground or surface mines. This is a contract job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate mining equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, and drills
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions and report any issues to the supervisor
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Use tools such as dynamite, picks, and shovels to break up rocks and extract minerals
- Monitor air quality in the mine to ensure safe working conditions
- Transport extracted materials to the surface using hoists or conveyor belts
- Maintain records of production levels and equipment maintenance
- Collaborate with geologists and other mining professionals to determine the location of valuable minerals

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working as a miner preferred
- Physically fit and able to work in confined spaces for extended periods of time
- Understanding of safety protocols and ability to follow them strictly
- Ability to operate mining equipment effectively
- Good communication skills
- Willingness to work in remote locations on a contract basis
