Mining Operations Coordinator

As a Mining Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all mining activities at our site in Dubrovnik. You will work closely with the mining team to ensure production targets are met and safety protocols are followed. This is a contract position, with potential for full-time employment. We welcome applicants of all genders and nationalities, including Filipinos, who are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise all mining operations at the site
- Develop and implement production plans to meet targets
- Monitor and track progress of mining activities
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols
- Train and mentor new employees
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Communicate regularly with management regarding production updates and issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a mining role, preferably as a supervisor or coordinator
- Knowledge of mining processes, equipment, and safety protocols
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work on a contract basis with potential for full-time employment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts as needed

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1000 per month.
