Concierge Supervisor

As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the concierge team at our luxury hotel in Las Vegas. Your main duty will be to provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all guest requests and needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will also be responsible for training, scheduling, and supervising the concierge staff, as well as maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience working as a concierge or in a similar customer service position. A strong knowledge of the local area and its attractions is also preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role. As a supervisor, you must have strong leadership skills and be able to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the concierge team
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
- Train, schedule, and supervise concierge staff
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and vendors
- Stay up-to-date on local events, attractions, and services to assist guests with their inquiries
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a similar customer service position
- Knowledge of Las Vegas area attractions and services preferred
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays if needed
Salary: Starting salary of $1600 per month with potential for growth based on performance.
