We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Online Consultant to join our team in Svalbard. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a part-time position with the potential for full-time hours.

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media
- Answer inquiries and resolve issues related to products or services offered by the company
- Build strong relationships with clients and maintain their satisfaction with our services
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient handling of client inquiries
- Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies
- Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling client inquiries

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service or sales role, preferably in an online setting
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
- Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate
