Executive Chef for Upscale Restaurant in the US
We are in search of a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at an upscale restaurant in the US. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu creation, food preparation, and staff management. You must have a proven track record of leadership and success in a fine dining or upscale restaurant setting.
Responsibilities:
- Create innovative and enticing menus that reflect the restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee food preparation and ensure high quality standards are consistently met
- Train, mentor, and manage kitchen staff to maintain a cohesive and efficient team
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to maintain optimal stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen at all times
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service for guests
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
- Extensive knowledge of culinary techniques, flavor profiles, and ingredients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Excellent time management skills, able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to create menus that balance creativity with profitability
- Understanding of budgeting, cost control, and inventory management
- Must be able to work full-time without accommodations
Salary: $1400 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: US (must have valid work permit)
