Administrator in Oslo, Norway
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Oslo, Norway. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the company and ensuring smooth daily operations. This position requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain company records and files
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Schedule appointments and meetings for management team
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate travel arrangements for employees
- Assist with budget management and expense tracking
- Provide support for HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Handle general office duties including answering phone calls and managing office supplies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Experience with budget management preferred
- Familiarity with HR tasks such as onboarding preferred
