Construction Manager



We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Bayan. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in construction management
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and use project management software

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans including timelines, budgets, materials, labor requirements, etc.
- Oversee the daily operations of construction sites
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure adherence to specifications
- Communicate with clients to provide regular updates on project status
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials
- Manage team performance by providing training, guidance, and performance evaluations
- Enforce safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
