Baker for Traditional Bakery (Jizan)



We are looking for a skilled Baker to join our traditional bakery in Jizan. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes. Our ideal candidate should have previous experience in a bakery setting and be familiar with traditional baking methods.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to traditional recipes
- Mix ingredients to form dough or batter using manual or electric equipment
- Shape dough into loaves or rolls before baking
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed
- Decorate cakes and pastries using icing, glaze, or other toppings
- Maintain inventory of ingredients and order supplies as needed
- Ensure that all food safety guidelines are followed
- Keep work area clean and sanitized at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker in a bakery setting
- Knowledge of traditional baking methods and techniques
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Excellent time management skills to ensure products are ready on time for customers
- Attention to detail for decorating pastries and cakes
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or bags of flour
- Biometric passport is preferred

We offer a competitive salary of 1700$, along with opportunities for growth within our company. This is a full-time position that requires working on weekends and holidays.
