We are hiring a Nepali Merchandiser to join our team in Ufa! As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning the placement of products in retail stores to maximize sales and increase brand awareness. This position is suitable for men who are motivated, organized, and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute product placement strategies in retail stores
- Collaborate with store managers to ensure products are displayed correctly and effectively
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
- Conduct market research to identify trends and consumer preferences
- Create visually appealing displays that showcase the brand's products
- Train store employees on product features and benefits to increase sales

Requirements:
- Nationality preference: Nepali
- Fluent in English or Russian
- Experience as a merchandiser or similar role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Attention to detail

Salary: $1400 per month
