Architectural Designer


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Acre, Israel. As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various construction projects. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and project managers to develop design concepts that meet their requirements
- Create detailed architectural drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather information and assess project feasibility
- Research building codes, regulations, and standards to ensure compliance with local laws
- Prepare cost estimates and project timelines
- Oversee the development of construction plans and specifications
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure design objectives are met

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Designer
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working on commercial or residential projects in Israel
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles
- Familiarity with BIM software (ArchiCAD)
