Plastering Technician - Washington, USA



We are seeking a skilled Plastering Technician to join our team in Washington, USA. As a Plastering Technician, you will be responsible for applying plaster to walls, ceilings, and other surfaces to create a smooth and even finish. This is a contract position with a salary of $1700 per month.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Plasterer
- Knowledge of different types of plaster and their application techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and diagrams
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Physical stamina and dexterity for standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them before applying plaster
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specific ratios and consistency requirements
- Apply coats of plaster using trowels, brushes or spray guns
- Smooth out rough spots or uneven areas using hand tools or sandpaper
- Install corner beads around corners for protection and reinforcement
- Repair cracks or holes in existing plaster using appropriate techniques
- Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times while working on scaffolds or ladders
