We are hiring a Data Mining Specialist to join our team in the vibrant city of Shan, Malaysia. As a Data Mining Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns that can inform business decisions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and clean large datasets from various sources
- Conduct data mining and analysis to identify patterns and insights
- Develop predictive models using statistical techniques
- Communicate findings to stakeholders through visualizations and reports
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in data mining or analytics
- Proficiency in SQL and one or more programming languages (Python, R)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings in a clear and concise manner

Salary: 1400 USD per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday, with no English language requirement. We welcome candidates from all nationalities but proficiency in Malayalam would be preferred. This is an excellent opportunity for students or those without prior work experience as we provide on-the-job training.
