Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects in Acre, Canada. This includes managing budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry and a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. They must have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with a team. This is a full-time position that offers a salary of $900 per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all stages of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
- Coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met
- Monitor progress and address any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and quality standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on project status
- Prepare progress reports for senior management as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and budget constraints
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6 is preferred
