Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Acre. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to effectively lead and manage teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Monitor progress and ensure adherence to project plans
- Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor
- Communicate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process
- Prepare regular progress reports for management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month. This job is suitable for men who are Indian nationals or have a valid work visa for Acre. Accommodation will not be provided but the company will cover the cost of a flight ticket.
