Job Title: Land Surveyor

We are currently hiring a Land Surveyor for our rapidly growing company in Eschen. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting property surveys and creating precise measurements and maps using specialized equipment and software. You will also work closely with construction teams to provide accurate information for project planning and development.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and construction surveys using various equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Analyze survey data to create maps, drawings, and reports
- Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure accurate positioning of structures on site
- Communicate with clients to gather project requirements and address any concerns or questions
- Manage survey crew members and provide training as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in CAD software and other surveying tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalee or Canadian dialects is a plus)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
