Loader Supervisor


We are hiring a Loader Supervisor to oversee the loading and unloading of goods in our warehouse in Muscat. As a Loader Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of loaders and ensuring that all loading procedures are carried out efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of loaders in the warehouse
- Assign tasks to loaders and provide necessary training
- Ensure that all loading procedures are followed according to safety standards
- Inspect goods before loading to ensure proper handling and storage
- Maintain accurate records of loaded and unloaded goods
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise among loaders
- Communicate effectively with other departments to coordinate loading schedules
- Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for loaders

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a loader or similar role in a warehouse setting
- Proven experience in supervising a team is preferred
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication and leadership skills
-No English language proficiency required, but basic communication skills preferred
-Pakistani nationality preferred
-Flexible schedule with ability to work weekends
-Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
-Conduct all duties following safety guidelines
