Information Security Analyst - Oslo, Norway


We are currently hiring an experienced and skilled Information Security Analyst to join our team in Oslo, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information security and a deep understanding of security protocols and measures. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies, conducting risk assessments, and identifying vulnerabilities in our systems.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement information security policies and procedures
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential threats
- Monitor network activity for any suspicious behavior or unauthorized access
- Investigate security breaches and provide recommendations for remediation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security standards, trends, and technologies
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure effective implementation of security measures
- Perform regular audits to ensure compliance with regulations and standards
- Develop incident response plans in case of a cyber attack or breach

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Information Security Analyst or similar role
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, cryptography, authentication methods, and network security tools
- Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or QualysGuard
- Familiarity with industry compliance standards such as ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, GDPR
- Excellent communication skills and ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Biometric passport required for international travel

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1300$ per month along with additional benefits such as health insurance and paid time off.

Location:
This position is based in Oslo, Norway. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.
