Construction Manager

We are hiring an experienced Construction Manager to oversee and manage construction projects in Muharraq. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate construction projects from start to finish
- Create project budgets and schedules
- Hire and manage contractors and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Review architectural plans and specifications
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and quality of work
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders about project updates
- Maintain accurate records of project expenses and progress reports

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to read architectural plans and blueprints
- Experience in budgeting and creating project schedules
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Leadership skills to manage a team of contractors
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field preferred
- Valid visa for working in Muharraq
