Construction Project Manager

We are hiring a Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage all phases of construction projects in Muharraq. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and proven experience in successfully delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the desired quality.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and coordinate all aspects of construction projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans
- Supervise and manage project teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and other legal requirements
- Monitor progress of construction activities and make necessary adjustments to meet project objectives
- Communicate regularly with project stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns
- Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
- Prepare progress reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction management
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, building codes, safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple projects simultaneously
