Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the buying team to understand upcoming product lines and promotions
- Create attractive displays that showcase products in an appealing manner
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for new stock as needed
- Ensure that products are correctly priced and labeled
- Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with merchandising standards
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute visual merchandising strategies
- Train store staff on effective product placement techniques
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience as a Merchandiser in a retail setting
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proven ability to drive sales through effective visual merchandising techniques
- Knowledge of inventory management systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Visa sponsorship available for Indian nationals
