Equipment Operator


We are looking for an experienced Equipment Operator to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of heavy equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to help with construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to company and industry standards
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow project plans and instructions from supervisors
- Inspect equipment before and after use for any defects or issues
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures on job sites

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Equipment Operator in the construction or related field
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Proficient in operating various types of heavy equipment
- Knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Physically fit and able to work in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills

Salary: $1500/month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva (preference for Indian nationals)
